Artichoke oven roasted with a coating of olive oil, kosher salt, and lemon...sounded like a winning recipe to me. Sadly, this was a FAIL. It just didn't taste good. Like all sweet tasty goodness was zapped out. Maybe I didn't do it right. Advice?
