Mooseburger

When creating this burger I wanted it to have a swedish touch to it. It consists of:
7 ounces ground moose beef
Spotted pig burger buns (from AHT)
Lingon- and juniperberries ketchup
Cream stewed funnel chantrelles
Cheese
Fried shoestring parsnip
