Summer Rolls with Mushrooms and Brown Sugar Tofu
Pan fried brown sugar glazed tofu, sauteed beech mushrooms, crispy romaine lettuce, fresh cilantro and a ginger-shallot- green onion paste and vermacelli noodles. Wrap it all up in a rice paper wrap and you have one tasty snack!
